This was my first experience using a laser cutter, and I wanted to push the limits as to what I could do with it. I’ve also never worked with resin before, so I thought this open ended project was the best chance to really go all out. The high peaks of this map represent my fondest memories in my hometown. These moments include my childhood home, the hospital I was born at, my high school, the stadium I graduated from, and my grandmother’s house.
